새롭게 개발된 LX FROST 제품은 LX MMA 보유 Matt 기능성의 광 확산제 기술을 토대로 PMMA 고유의 우아한 외관, 내후성, 고경도 특성과 함께 표면의 Matt 한 특성과 Frost 광학 효과를 제공합니다. 고객의 특수한 요청에 따라 SUPERMATT 효과 구현이 가능한 FROST grade 도 보유하고 있습니다.
High Transmittance, High Diffusivity
LX FROST Grade 는 사출, 압출, 프로파일 압출로 적용이 가능하며, 조명 커버, 자동차 Light guide, 공압출 Top coat 소재로 적용이 가능합니다. 특히, 압출로 제작 시 고유의 Matt 효과가 뚜렷이 구현되며, SUPERMATT 가 적용된 공압출 시트는 가전 외장, 욕조용 시트로 열성형 후에도 무광 효과가 연출됩니다.

Intensity
Optical properties of both LF198 and ID198 by using hazemeter analysis shows quite similar optical values(transmittance & haze). On the other hand, the optical values of both LF198 and ID198 by using gonio-photometer analysis show quite different scattering pattern, LX New FROST grades show much stable light transmittance and unique combination of optical efficiency and light stability.
