PMMA has excellent weather resistance, scratch resistance, and excellent optical properties, making it suitable for exterior building materials. In addition, the use of impact resistant product can reduce the risk of breakage.
Through co-extrusion with ABS, PC/ABS, HIPS, ASA, ASA/PC, PC, PVC, it not only gives high gloss and color to the exterior but also maximizes stability against heat, ultraviolet rays, impact, scratches, and various chemicals. It is widely used in architectural window frames, trims, fences, bathtubs, and furniture. In addition, the adhesion of surface hard coatings can be improved by adjusting the acidity, Tg, and molecular weight.
